SHIPPING
When will I receive my order?
 

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email.

After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame.

  • Within West Malaysia : 10 - 12 working days (except Sunday and holidays)

  • Within East Malaysia : 10-15 working days (except Sunday and holidays)

  • Oversea (out of Malaysia) : Upon request will update the delivery time. 

What are your delivery options?
 
We will ship your order using various courier companies to ensure your parcels arrive on time.

 

 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

We will provide you a tracking number after dispatched your order. You can track and trace the latest shipping status any time.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, We ship worldwide!

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

What is your returns policy?
We have no return or exchange policy.  All sales are final.

If merchandise delivered to you are incorrect merchandise, please immediately contact our Customer Service via e-mail.  Please include your order number.
